Plinth Terms of Service

Last updated 1 October 2026. These terms apply to Plinth, provided by Humuli LLC. By using Plinth, you agree to them.

The service

Plinth is a workspace for preparing content, organizing connected accounts, previewing campaigns and managing publishing through supported integrations. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use it for your own or your organization's authorized activities, subject to these terms.

Your account and workspace

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. If you use Plinth for an organization, you must have authority to act for it. Provide accurate information, protect your password and API keys, and tell us if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for the permissions you grant to workspace members and tools.

Connect only accounts you own or have permission to manage. An account connection authorizes Plinth to use the permissions you grant for the features described in the service and privacy policy. You may revoke access through the platform's settings and request removal of stored connection data through support.

Your content and instructions

You retain ownership of the content you provide. You give Humuli permission to store, reproduce, format, process and transmit that content only as needed to operate Plinth and carry out your instructions, including publication to accounts and audiences you select. This permission does not give us the right to sell your private content or use it to train general AI models.

You are responsible for having the necessary rights to images, video, music, text, likenesses and other materials. Do not submit confidential or personal information you are not authorized to share. We may remove content or restrict access if we reasonably believe it violates these terms, someone's rights or applicable law.

Review your drafts, platform edits, selected accounts, audience settings and schedule before authorizing a campaign. A formatting suggestion or preview may contain errors. Scheduling or activating a campaign authorizes the supported publishing actions shown to you; a draft alone is not a guarantee of publication.

Connected platforms

TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube and other platforms are separate services. Their terms and policies apply to your accounts and content. Plinth does not guarantee platform approval, account availability, posting success, audience reach or engagement. Platforms may change their APIs, permissions, rate limits and content requirements.

Publishing may fail, be delayed or require reconnection. A campaign cancellation may not stop an action already in progress. Removing data from Plinth does not remove posts already published on another platform; manage those posts directly with that platform.

Acceptable use

• Follow applicable law and each connected platform's rules.
• Do not publish unlawful, infringing, deceptive or abusive content, or impersonate someone without permission.
• Do not use Plinth for spam, artificial engagement, unauthorized account access, or bypassing platform safeguards and limits.
• Do not probe other workspaces, misuse credentials, interfere with the service or redistribute access without authorization.
• Use any optional device integration only for authorized activities that comply with the device provider's and platform's terms.

Fees and availability

If we offer a paid plan, its price, billing interval and applicable cancellation terms will be shown before you purchase. These terms do not create a subscription or authorize a charge by themselves. Fees you owe an external platform or provider are governed by that provider's terms.

We may change features, limit usage or interrupt service for maintenance, security or operational reasons. Where applicable law or an agreed paid plan requires notice or a remedy, those obligations apply.

Suspension and ending use

You can stop using Plinth and revoke platform permissions at any time. Contact support@humuli.com to request account or workspace deletion. Data retention and deletion are described in the privacy policy.

We may suspend or terminate access for a material violation, a security risk or a legal requirement. Where reasonable, we will give you notice and an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Plinth is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of uninterrupted operation, error-free results or fitness for a particular purpose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses to the extent the law allows, including losses resulting from a failed or delayed post.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including mandatory consumer protections. Some exclusions may not apply where you live.

Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will date the revised version above. We will provide appropriate notice of material changes. Continued use after the revised terms take effect constitutes acceptance where permitted by law.
